How To Smash You 2024 - Don’t Just Set Goals, Achieve Them 😎

Diamonds are made under pressure - goals and resolutions are only achieved if there’s something at stake and you’re put into stressful situations. Get that stress boi. Stressed bois 2024. 🤙 

Your goals are the perfect mix of direction and discipline.

➡ Without discipline you’ll never go in the right direction despite having one

➡ No direction, you’ll be aimless and never compound towards a finality

➡ Butttt, together, you’ll set your target and actually get there

⚡ There’s 1 key piece of alpha, a secret, the way. This will increase the odds of you hitting your goal by 80%: Goal-setting with group accountability = success

➡ Shared consciousness accountability - you have to tell someone your goal and discuss with them either daily or weekly your progress. This act alone will force you to think about your task and give you the peer pressure to achieve it.

➡ Trust us, make a pact with your friend group or just 1 person, share goals, and check-in on what you are doing to achieve them.

The right goal:

➡ Reasonably unreasonable. It has to be really tough, but something you’ll actually be able to achieve in a year. If it’s truly impossible to do in 2024 you’ll fail to even make decent progress.

➡ Metrics. Be specific, not ‘wanna make some money, wanna lose some weight’. I want X-dollars and 10% body fat or I’m gonna scream!

➡ Declare why you want it, Discipline is great but it’s enhanced by motivation. Declare your why, even if it’s petty.

➡ Vision. Vision board that shit, what’s on the other side? What’s the dream?

➡ The steps. Goals are great, but you need specific checkpoints along the way to gain momentum. Humans need momentum to be happy. Break it down to daily steps or tasks as best you can.

The new year is around the corner and we’re all set for a big 2024! 😎

One full of income gains, investment gains, and general huge wealth building gains. And guess what, you can come along with us. We’re still less than a year old and have been growing from strength to strength each week! The community is only getting started and you’re still early.

Before the year is in full swing let’s touch base on where we’re currently at he, including pictures, because well we like pictures. 🤷‍♂️

➡ Inflation spiked to it’s highest level in decades and with it so did interest rates. However despite this, stocks have still ticked higher and higher…

➡ With interest rate rising mortgage rates have risen to their highest level in decades too. But did we see a pull back in house prices? Nope

➡ Clearly the demand still outweighs supply. But with inflation past its peak it looks like the Fed is set to reduce interest rates over 2024. The S&P finished the last two months of the year approximately 20% up in anticipation of this. 

➡ With this rise in rates, trillions of dollars have poured into money market funds with it now hitting all time highs. What happens to all this cash on the side-lines? If the Fed cuts rates where is this going to pour into? Houses, stocks, crypto??

➡ Now may be the time to consider your allocation and if this is best positioned for the year. Rates on cash are high, but no one is building real wealth in cash! This is for when you’ve made it, not making it! Time to consider whether your cash weighting is higher than it should be before its too late.

➡ I mean the below says it all…..

➡ But it’s not all completely rosy. Debt has been flying higher…

➡ And the top weightings in the market have gotten bigger and bigger…

➡ With this dominances comes a lot of dependence risk on these individual companies.

The Financial Times published a survey showing that 85% of economists were projecting a recession in 2023. And boy were they wrong. Further proving the market does what it wants, when it wants.

It is the real-time personification of collective human psychology, with fear and greed on full display, and with soooooo many external variables. With an increasingly inter-connected and complex world this is getting harder and harder to navigate.

⚡ And this is why this community is needed more than ever. A group of like-minded individuals setting out to navigate this together, staying one step ahead of the average joe.

We’ll be doing this throughout the year, adding wisdom each week so that it accumulates and we’re all ending 2024 a hell of a lot better than we entered it. 💪
